Pacific Point Marina (Horizon Shores) Berths J35 & J36

Two contiguous 12 metre Catamaran berths (7 metre beam) on finger T-head giving 24 metres total with the easiest possible berthing conditions. If I hand the renting off these berths back to the Marina they will charge a monthly rental of $1,378 each or $12,816 per annum each and charge me a management fee. Let's do a deal! I'm seeking a yearly up front rent for both berths preferably. If you don't want the luxury of sticking your big boat up one end with space for your tinny behind then grab a mate and berth your boats together. I've got about five and a half years left on my lease with the Marina so would love a long term relationship. I also rent a 6m X 3m storage shed from the Marina (right at the end of the finger) which I used to park my small car in out of the sun. It's about 80% empty so would also be up to sharing this with the right person. Maybe put your JetSki in there or keep your maintenance materials, tools, fishing gear etc on site.
