45 ft Trawler style cruiser

"Cooper Rose" is built like no other. Described by surveyors as "Massively built", the vessel continues to stand the test of time.
Originally purpose built as an Army work boat after WWII, after completing it's military service and commercial work as a trawler, the vessel was converted to a leisure, cruising boat as it stands today.
With its old school character, stylish lines and solid construction, she will continue to serve well into the future.
Housed within a huge, brightly lit engine room is a powerful 6 cylinder Mercedes OM 355 diesel, allowing the vessel to cruises at a comfortable 6 - 7 knots using a very economical 9 lts of fuel per hour.
Perfect as a potential live- aboard or for a weekend getaway with all the comforts of home including air conditioning!. Plenty of space on board offering loads of potential for any further comforts.
Has just been antifouled in early July this year with a 2 year system of Altex no. 5 trawler antifoul. The hull also has mechanical protection in the form of Cooper Sheathing.
Whilst also on the slip, she received an "out of water" insurance survey.
Freshly painted top sides and polished stainless steel fixtures providies a well -maintained and presentable appearance.
