LADY CARLA is an impressive 80' custom raised-pilothouse long-range steel cruiser, completed in 2003 by Australian craftsmen and comprehensively upgraded in 2017. Designed by John Lund and Paul Stanyon, she combines robust construction, exceptional volume and proven long-range capability with a level of comfort rarely found in a vessel of this type.
LADY CARLA has recently returned from a successful 20-day expedition through the northern Great Barrier Reef still holding in excess of 8,000L of her fuel capacity, demonstrating her current operational condition and capability for extended offshore cruising.

Her spacious accommodation includes four generous staterooms, beautifully finished timber interiors, multiple bathrooms and an elegant leather-appointed saloon with classic brass Federation-style detailing. Expansive outdoor entertaining areas include a large aft cockpit, swim platform and well-appointed flybridge.
Powered by a reliable 340HP MAN turbocharged diesel, she cruises economically at approximately 8 knots with a maximum speed of 9.5 knots. Her extensive equipment package includes twin 27 KVA Onan generators installed in 2017, John Deer manoeuvring/get home motor, Naiad electric stabilisers, hydraulic bow and stern thrusters and Micro Commander controls, providing outstanding comfort, independence and manoeuvrability.

USL Code compliant and AMSA registered, with an AMSA Certificate of Operation and Survey of 2B for up to 12 persons, LADY CARLA is exceptionally well suited to commercial charter, expedition operations or private ownership as a serious mothership.
