Apreamare has been producing yachts as "real treasures" for more than half a century.  These luxury boats are handcrafted and constructed with a modern and stylish flair quality being a priority.  This 45 Comfort model, is a fine example of a well performing cruiser.  The hard top roof gives great shelter from the harsh Australian sun.  Its integrated twin electric sunroofs let in the ambient light & fresh air and are yet another indication of the thought and style that has been put in to this luxury vessel.   

The aft deck is open to the wheelhouse and provides great comfort and space for socialising with family and friends.  The fridge/freezer and electric Origo 2 flame cooker and double sink, means everything is at your fingertips.  The cockpit area features a beautiful dining table along with another dining suite in the Pilothouse/deck saloon.

Making your way down below you will find a beautiful Corian Benchtop Galley with Microwave/Cooker, cooktop and stainless steel sink.  Forward of the galley is a spacious lounge area with foldable dining/coffee table. It is down here that you will notice the remarkable finishes and end to end precision and craftsmanship that Apreamare is renowned for.   

Forward of the lounge, in the bow, is the master suite.  Here you will find a stunning Queensize Island Bed with plenty of hanging and storage space as well as a beautiful ensuite with a Shower,  Electric Toilet and Wash Basin.  

On the starboard side you will find twin single beds which can be converted to a double berth, again with ample hanging and storage space.

Next to the Guest Cabin there is another head with a shower,  electric toilet and wash basin.

Heading back up to the pilothouse and cockpit area you will be mesmerised with the open and luxury feeling as you head down to the aft of the boat.  Under the lounge is a huge lazarette for storing all your boat toys etc..  Behind the cockpit lounge is a beautiful extra large swim platform,  with a stainless steel swim ladder and a hot/cold shower to rinse off.

As you make your way up to the bow a magnificent daybed invites you to relax.  It is truly the epitome of Italian luxury and style. The super comfortable built in luxury seating is a great place for you and your friends to enjoy cruising the waterways.  The teak decks add to the quality and finishes of this superb boat.  All the fittings are stainless steel and no expense has been spared.

The magnificent timber finishes add to the classic style that Apreamare commands.  The flair on the hull keeps the boat totally dry as she powers through the water.  She handles extremely well at speed and cruising and the 17t displacement gives her great stability with the bow thrusters an added bonus in maneuverability.  She turns with ease and parking is a breeze.

Recent works completed: Engine Service March 2023, All capping rails varnished, antifouled March 2022, Hull clean every couple of months.
