o Replacement of all lighting, pumps, wiring, etc.

Works done:
o Replaced all pumps
o Fresh water

o All lighting replaced with LED and new areas installed (accents, deck etc. )
o New 12V battery and charger (battery has just been replaced with a new one in February)
o New electric toilet
o Interior recolour from beige to white
o 90s style trims replaced
o AV system (TV (custom flat surface install), audio/video amp, multi-zone speakers, subwoofer, Google TV)

Engines:
o Two big block Ford V8s (not running when purchased, require rebuild)
o Disconnected to point of being able to remove via engine bay hatches (there's sufficient space to remove them without any cutting)
o Buyers lined up for both engines, if you wish
o ZF transmissions (one transmission is reverse rotation, both engines are standard rotation)

Electric conversion:
o Modular 48kWh battery bank (24x 2V 100Ah cells)
o Victron Multiplus II inverter/charger
o Battery bank is installed in spare engine bay space, if you wish it to remain an engine-powered boat this bank won't interfere with it
o The Victron can use the bank as mains power for the boat (ideal for extended stays away from shore power)
o Two electric motors and controllers required to complete conversion
o The 48V battery bank can be removed if you wish

Other equipment & info:
o Fresh water tank
o Black water tank (toilet is selectable between overboard or holding tank)
o Search light on bow (moveable from controls at helm)
o Windlass
o Hydraulic steering
o Trim tabs
o Ground tackle--lines, fenders, water line for tank refills, etc.
o Set of canvas to cover the entire back deck (from radar bar to sides & transom)
o Shaft drive
o Swimming platform moulded as part of hull--no transom bolts
o Hull is solid fibreglass below the waterline

Current spend is over $70k.
As you can see from the photos, some more work is required, but much has been done.

It's at a point where you can choose between reinstating the V8 engines or finish the electric conversion. The battery bank doesn't encroach on the engines' running gear, so it could just be used as onboard power when away from shore power.

This fibreglass powerboat is the cheapest in Australia of this size range.

Inspections welcomed at Prince of Wales Bay Marina. For further info please message or call.

Remarks
A roomy, low-price boat with good layout which has been modernised and recent refit works. It offers a unique opportunity to own a big boat and complete the re-power in the direction you prefer--electric or petrol (with the sale of electric/petrol equipment to offset it).
