This boat is easily the best on the market. This smart, great looking weekender is immaculately kept by a fastidious one owner from new. Launched in May 2022, she has only ~105 engine hours and ~145 genset hours. The owner has installed everything you need to sustain your week away. Lift the outboards and float in 600mm of water, behind the reefs! It has increased size stainless chain, swivel and stainless anchor fitted for extra security for overnight stays.
It has 2 x 185w solar panels and a 5kW Kohler diesel genset feeding the fridge, freezer, hot water system and for your bigger appliances. Stay longer!
She has separate fuel tanks and starting banks for each engine. The genset has its own diesel tank, starting remotely when seldom required, mainly to feed the 120-140 LPH high flow water maker, your heavy appliances, to heat the water or use the cooktop. The gen also feeds a lithium house battery along with the solar, via an automatic selecting Victron inverter.
She has 2 staterooms, containing two doubles and a single. The galley table drops to a 6th bed.
It has a Telstra Wi-Fi booster system fitted, feeding the Apple boxes and the two smart televisions, your phone, computer and iPad. It also feeds the security cameras, the 16" Simrad GPS and the Victron system, all of which you can monitor from your phone, while away from the boat.
The owner has spent a fortune on electrical fit out on this boat.
She is easy to maneuver with a bow thruster, and the new $22,000 of Sharrow stainless propellors on the outboards. These propellers have a fraction of the slip of the originals, making her more stable in following seas, more fuel efficient, quieter and smoother. The V8 engines have dropped 400rpm for an increase of 3 knots on 21 knot sea cruising. Top speed is 34 knots. The speed can be dropped right down in bow-on chop conditions, without her coming off the plane or wallowing. These strong props are less likely to be damaged by rope or light grounding.
Zipwake automatic trim tabs are fitted astern.
She has a Fusion MS-RA70N sound system with 4 speaker system, 2 in saloon, 2 at rear cockpit with adjustable balance between them. It hooks up to your phone or Bluetooth appliance. (Spotify, etc).
Upon return to pen, an (optional) Seapen is waiting, so the bottom is always kept clean for efficiency next time. Push a button and the outboards automatically flush. The desalinator also has auto flushing.
She has extra roof cover astern, drop-down wind sheets, rear seat covers and a windscreen shade cover. She has stainless swim platform grab rails with rod holders and a removable fish cleaning or BBQ table. She has a drop-down, side gunnel swim platform, increasing the cockpit usable area.
On the bow there are cushioned fold up seats or day bed options, including an optional fold-up bimini shade. Perfect to get away from the kids.
There is a helm side door, for extra access to bow. This also allows for single person use of the boat.
She has just been fully serviced and had both hull and topsides three stage polished. Service costs are very low compared to other boats. The anti-foul lasts years, as do the anodes, while it is kept in the Seapen.
Auto shower drainage was added and extra stowage under floor, where an ideal sea temperature climate near to the hull exists, to cure your wines.
The galley has a microwave, sink and double cook top in galley.
Of the two fridges, one is a drawer type which serves as either a fridge or freezer, you choose by press of a button.
Double sunroofs open with screens, for hot days or extra sunlight.
She has underwater blue transom lights, which attract fresh herring for breakfast!
Fenders, ropes, stern anchor, E. P. I. R. B. And safety gear is all included.
The perfect upwind pen is optional, close to the Fremantle club facility, is either for hire or to buy, strictly subject to the prevailing club rules and associated membership rules.
