The Carver 38 Super Sport is a versatile 38-foot all-rounder and really caters to a wide cross section of boating lifestyles.

Whether it be cruising on the Gold Coast Broadwater, taking in a spot of fishing out wide when conditions allow it, or heading off on an adventure to Hervey Bay, this little beauty is capable.

Powered by twin D6 370hp shaft drive Volvo Penta Diesels, there is ample maximum pace available up to around 25 knots and effortless cruising anywhere from 15 to 20 knots. The main engines and generator were last serviced in December 2023.

An 8kw Kohler Generator provides AC power for items like air-conditioning when away from the dock and "House" power is provided by 4 Sealed batteries fitted to engine bay. Start batteries were replaced in March 2024.

There are 2x 12V-1000CCA batteries fitted to engine bay (port & starboard engine starting) 1x AGM 12V-120AH fitted to engine bay (bow thruster battery) and 1x 12-680CCA battery fitted to Lazerette for the generator.

240v Battery Charging is via an Enerdrive 12V-60A and a Creek 12V-15A plus a C-tek Multi XS 7000

From the moment you step on board, the generous, covered, cockpit space is obvious, making this lovely vessel feel like it's bigger than a 38 footer.
The swim platform has stainless railings which carry a handy bait board and stainless electric BBQ.
The inflatable tender is carried on Snap Davits off the swim platform and the 3.5hp outboard has it's own carry stand, on the port side of the platform.

Access to the bow is via walk-around side decks which have solid handrails for safety and support. Heading up to the flybridge helm station and guest seating is via a sturdy moulded staircase which makes access much easier and safer than a ladder, often seen on other vessels!

At the flybridge helm there are two Raymarine Axoim 9 Navigation Screens for GPS, Sounder and Radar. There are Volvo electronic gear and throttle controls, bow thruster control, full engine instrumentation and a VHF Marine Radio. The helm chair is comfortable and there is forward facing seating for three, in front of the helm station. Clears all around under the Bimini, provide protection from wind and rain whilst still allowing ample vision for navigating and docking.

When you step inside the aft saloon door, you are greeted with an inviting ambience of comfort and peacefulness. Moving forward to the accommodation area continues the experience with both the master and guest cabins having comfy double beds, ample storage lockers and a shared bathroom with shower and toilet.

This really is a comprehensively equiped vessel, offering versatility, comfort and economical cruising, all at a very affordable price!
