COMPU-CRAFT CC39 POWER CATAMARAN  

An excellent design and large volume boat due to its beam of 6 Meters. Very stable and comfortable and can be beached on a sandbank as props are protected. [ See attached Photo ] This is an excellent boat for family, cruising and would make a great live aboard.
Designed by Compu Craft Yacht Designs a very long established designer with many different boat and yacht variations and styles.
The 2012 built CC39 has an aluminium frame in the hulls.
Access is via both Port and Starboard sides and both sides aft in the cockpit. The cockpit is fully covered and full beam so offers a huge amount of space for entertaining or living. There is a sliding door on the Port side to access the helm area and a sliding rear door to access the inside of the boat from the cockpit. Inside, from the cockpit is the large U shaped galley / kitchen with a large domestic fridge freezer, twin stainless sinks, with two taps and drainer, 3 burner gas stove and gas oven with lots of storage with various cupboards multiple drawers. There is an opening sliding window to the cockpit which would serve great for entertaining.
Opposite the kitchen are two facing lounges and a dining table. Further up is a Lazy Boy chair but there is enough room for a comfortable lounge / sofa bed. Opposite the seat / lounge area is a bookcase and a TV.
The helm is on the Port side with a dedicated adjustable seat. Midhip starboard is the main double bed with plenty of natural light, opening windows and timber blinds and plenty of storage.
There is a ceiling mounted air conditioning unit.
A few steps down into the Port side hull is the large head / bathroom with a separate shower, sink and electric toilet with a holding tank.
On the starboard side of the hull is the twin bunk cabin, a washing machine and aft of that a good size storage area.
the outside offers fully covered WALKAROUND to the deck and cockpit. All LED lighting and large solar panels with hot water solar and a water maker make this a self sufficient boat if desired.
There is a ladder from the front deck to the top of the boat that can be turned into an upper helm or entertaining area. On the aft of the roof is a crane and v blocks for a tender. The boat also comes with rear stainless davits

Powered by two Yanmar 4JH52 55 HP Diesel engines on shaft drives make this a very economical boat with an excellent range potential.
