Anchoring.
Maxwell 1500 windlass. (Recently overhauled). 80 mts 8 mm gal chain and a Sarca Excell Size anchor.
Spare rope rode and anchor in anchor well.
Steering system is hydraulic.
Accommodation.
There is a berth in the wheelhouse and 2 berths in the forecastle.
Forecastle is accessed from main deck.
Shower and toilet on main deck at aft end of wheelhouse.
The Galley has a Waeco 90 lt frig, 2 burner gas cook top. Sink with hot and cold water.
One Nespresso coffee maker.
There's a s/s BBQ on the rails Port side fwd of the wheel house
Drawers and cupboard space for utensils and food.
The old wet well has been sealed off and access is via a main deck hatch.
This contains a huge amount of storage with 2 x stainless steel tool cupboards. And 1 12/240 V fridge /Freezer. 1 Eva Kool 60 lt.

NOTES
The Perkins was overhauled 500 hrs ago but no records.
In 2021 All engine heat exchangers were removed and cleaned, new hoses and clamps fitted.
New oil cooler fitted for engine and gearbox.
All skin fittings were renewed and sea strainers overhauled.
New VHF and AIS fitted.
Sept 2024. All heat exchangers again removed, cleaned. New hoses and clamps fitted.
The cylinder head was removed, skimmed, new valves and inserts fitted. SW pump was overhauled and a new impeller fitted.
In 2022 a new fresh water filter system was fitted, new pump. Pressure accumulator and a dual filter system.
Over the last 3 years considerable work has been undertaken on the vessel by myself and Doug Fielding of Regatta marine. This has consisted of a complete new anchor well, 3 new deck beams, some 40% of the main deck replaced and most of the deck reglassed.
The bulwarks have been renewed from stem to stern including all new timber uprights.
The vessel had a complete new paint job in 2023. Deck and wheelhouse 2 pack painted and the hull topsides new enamel paint
