CUSTOM TIMBER CRUISER 34'  

'Leroma' is a beautiful classic timber vessel, clinker built and constructed of mahogany in the early 70's by the Hiptimco Boat Building company in Hong Kong.
Being very beamy and spacious, and with a very practical lay out, 'Leroma' is a real entertainers boat with loads of room for everyone and emphasis on ease of getting around.
All offers will be considered as my health dictates a sale.
The spacious cockpit has a full width lounge and four bifold doors through to the saloon, helm station and second fridge. - a fold out lounge on the starboard side provides extra seating or berths. Through bifold doors and down 2 steps to the dinette/ double and well-equipped galley with modern gas stove/cooktop and original fridge. Further forward is a generous double V berth and toilet shower to starboard.
The twin Perkins diesel engines start and run beautifully and were bench-refurbished by highly repespected local marine engineer just before I purchased "Leroma". In June this year both engines were inspected by a diesel mechanic and maintenance carried out as necessary.
In April last year she was slipped for antifouling and any necessary maintenance.
'Leroma has been re-wired, new 240v shore system, re- plumbed and has new gas hot-water system with compliance.
The previous owners lovingly restored her to her current condition over a 15 year period and during our tenure some useful upgrades and addtions have been carried out, the main ones being the addition of an electric anchor winch and new built in fridge in the main saloon. Her beamy hull allows for an easy walk around to the fore deck, which has a dedicated sun lounge area with safety rails.
It is with reluctance that I offer this beautiful vessel back to the market at a time well before anticipated. My wife and I and friends have enjoyed the short time we have been able to spend on 'Leroma' as I am sure the next lucky custodian will.
