R. S. Baker was one of three built by the South Australian Harbours Board at the Birkenhead Dockyard.
Launched for use as a Pilot Boat / Harbours Launch it workrd in Government service until the early 90, s.
Constructed of Jarrah with marine ply top deck, replaced in 2007 after a major overhaul.
Equipped with a Gardner 3.9 L diesel and single shaft drive.
Ready for a new loving owner to create the ultimate tough recreational on water work horse/cruiser.
