The Jesse M is a 36 FT. Motor cruiser built of spotted gum, ex fishing vessel built in at Ballina NSE in 1977 by Cunningham Marine, hull serial No

The helm, galley, cafe dinette, double bed bedroom and toilet/shower (accessed from outside) are all within the main cabin at deck level. The dinette converts to another double bed and there are two V bunks available below deck. The galley is equipped with ss sink, hot & cold water, 3 burner gas stove, Westinghouse 240V fridge/freezer and a microwave oven, there is a gas weber BBQ on rear deck. HW is 240V electric, has a coil heat exchanger fitted that could provide heating from the engine cooling system, (plumbing required).

Lighting is 12 or 240V, an 8000W inverter is fitted and provides power to the fridge and HW heater and 240V power points with manual change over from shore power and there is a Honda EU26i petrol inverter generator on the rear deck.
Has been with present owner past 10 years can provide complete history for that time, 4 years since last slipped and cleaned so in need of that and in need of caulking of the planking above waterline, takes very little water on the marina. The boat is in very good order mechanically, basically what you see is what you get and happy to share anything I know that needs attention which, apart from what has been indicated is mainly elbow grease and paint.
