DeFever 48 Offshore Cruiser

The Arthur Defever designed offshore 48 combines solid construction, economical cruising and exceptional sea keeping ability. Featuring a full beam aft stateroom with separate shower and toilet, two forward cabins with second bathroom. The saloon provides L shaped dining area and separate couch. The U shaped galley has a gas oven/cooktop large sink and fridge/freezer with lots of storage. The rear deck provides seating, swim deck, dive ladder plus hot and cold shower. The flybridge has a second helm and seating, tender storage and deck crane. Easy access via the midship cabin to the stand up engine room provides ease of maintenance. 1100 watts of solar panels and 600 amp hour lithium batteries provide ample power. In the engine room there is 800 amp hours of redundant power from lead acid batteries.
