Description: Fountaine Pajot Summerland 40
'TIGERLILY I' is a 2016 launched Fountaine Pajot Summerland 40, exclusively for sale with YOTI Queensland.

'Tigerlily I' was launched in 2016 in France and after an initial season, shipped to Australia where it was sold to her current owners, who placed her in the charter fleet. Besides the satisfaction of owning a vessel and generating revenue, the big attraction to them was having a well-maintained vessel ready to go for their holidays.

The Summerland 40 offers ample room for entertaining and relaxing. From the rear cockpit, a curved staircase takes you up to the flybridge, with sunbeds, seating, a drinks fridge and an upper helm station with brilliant visibility whilst cruising or at anchor. This makes the flybridge the ideal place to enjoy the voyage, and of course, there is a full-length bimini and forward and side clears for adverse conditions.

Back in the aft cockpit, there is a seamless flow to the galley and saloon, all surrounded by large windows and plenty of light. Her lower and flybridge helm stations with full duplicate engine controls and nav systems are excellent for variable weather and sea conditions.
The vessel has full air conditioning in the marina or, thanks to her generator, also at sea.

The owner's cabin to starboard has a queen-sized bed, a large panoramic hull window, and an ensuite head with an enclosed shower. Going aft from the ensuite is a dedicated walk-in machine/ storage room with the generator, freezer and storage. To port, there are two guest cabins with large double beds, good storage and a shared ensuite.

The twin Volvo Penta 220hp diesel engines are neatly installed in the aft part of each hull and provide excellent manoeuvrability and speed. Average fuel consumption is reported at approx. 13L/h at 8 knots.

The Summerland 40 is a sought-after trawler-style power catamaran with a comfortable and spacious interior and an efficient cruising hull. This commercial charter vessel in the Whitsundays is sold as a going concern, including her forward bookings.

The new owner can use the boat for up to 4 weeks a year in one of the world's most desirable and safe cruising destinations (additional time may be available on a standby basis). The charter company will provide a comprehensive initial information pack for investors and clients, some of whom may have considered a private boat before holding costs and low personal usage were factored in.

Alternatively, Tiger Lily I can leave the charter fleet by the end of 2024. This uniquely allows prospective clients to charter the vessel first (try before you buy) and, after purchase, have the ability to use the vessel initially in the Whitsundays whilst still being maintained and serviced by the charter company. Please contact us for more information about private purchases.

Please contact Robert Vrind on for more information and to arrange an inspection in the Whitsundays.
