Big Mumma is a purpose-built 2025 Global Marine Air Rider 9.6m Expedition, designed for serious offshore adventure, commercial operation, and high-speed coastal cruising. Built in aluminium by Reel Game Boats and Trailers, she combines rugged construction, impressive performance, and a highly practical layout. Adding significantly to her versatility, she is an AMSA-surveyed commercial vessel and is offered with her trailer included.

Power comes from twin Honda 350hp V8 5.0L outboards, each showing approximately 370 hours and backed by a six-year warranty. With 700hp combined, Big Mumma delivers an impressive cruising speed of approximately 26 knots and a maximum speed of 45 knots. Her substantial 900-litre fuel capacity and reported consumption of approximately 2.6L/NM provide excellent capability for longer offshore runs.

The dual-hydraulic twin-helm arrangement is complemented by an extensive Garmin electronics package designed for serious offshore use. Equipment includes two 16-inch and one 10-inch Garmin XSV displays, Garmin radar, Garmin Reactor 40 autopilot, satellite compass/GPS, twin 1kW transducers and dual VHF radios. A Sionyx night-vision camera adds another valuable layer of capability for operating after dark.

Despite her expedition-focused character, Big Mumma provides comfortable accommodation for up to four, with a V-berth plus coffin bunk arrangement. The cabin includes a certified galley with twin fridge/freezers, additional freezer capacity, two-burner gas cooktop, gas oven and hot and cold water. An electric head, hot shower, Webasto diesel heating and a 3000W inverter further enhance comfort during extended trips.

Safety equipment is comprehensive and reflects her commercial and offshore credentials, including an 8-person Ocean ISO liferaft, 12 life jackets, three EPIRBs, eight flares, dual electric and manual bilge pumps, plus primary and secondary anchoring systems.
