Haines Signature 850 Sports Bridge
The Haines Signature 850 Sport Bridge was built around 1995 and is a solid ocean going vessel. It has clean lines and is a delight to own and use. It is a pleasure to handle with trim tabs for low and high speed balance and has light steering. It is very accommodating for turning on the Mandurah Christmas lights canal tour. It is powered by a single Mercruiser 8.1 litre with approximately 270 hours. Recent work includes a major rewire of the electrical system and upgrade of heavy cables. All connections were soldered for longivity. Clears, bimini and storm canvas all replaced May 2024. Deck Armour was completed mid/ late 2024. At the last service, hull was cleaned and anti fouled. Because the boat is kept in a Fab Dock the hull is completely clean. The Fab dock is available to the purchaser for no extra cost. The boat has no trailer.
Down stairs there is a galley, dining area, toilet and shower cubicle, and sleeping area for two couples.

Remarks
Boat has had extensive work completed and is in great condition. It represents good value, and is solid throughout. The Mercruiser has low hours at 270 approximately. There is a spare reconditioned prop as well as the Fab dock which is available for free. This makes docking simple and helps to save on maintenance costs as well as providing a clean hull each and everytime you go boating.
