Huntsman V23 Flybridge

This Huntsman 23 has just undergone a full restoration over nearly 2 years and was completed in Dec 2025. It is running a Mercruiser 5.0 mpi Vortec engine with an Alpha 1 Gen 2 Sterndrive. The aim with this build was to maximise space, provide plenty of storage whilst giving it a clean, yet simple look. This was done to give flexibility and create a welcoming space to have family and friends on board or set it up to go offshore fishing at a moments notice. All work was done to the highest standard, with the best materials to build a boat that will last.
Originially I planned to keep this boat, however circumstances have changed as I will be moving overseas.

Boat does not have any soft furnishings as I planned to add this at a later date. However, having cushions and carpets etc easily removable allows for easy cleaning and no moisture build up.

All receipts and records have been kept.

Full strip down and rebuild transom assembly with all new components - New bellows, hoses, bearings, shift cable, etc.
Alpha 1 Gen 2 leg - replaced impeller and propeller shaft seal
Steering seals replaced and system flushed
Transom replaced
New Stringers - Marine ply Fiberglassed and all underfloor has been barrier coated and sealed
New flooring throughout - Coosa board, Fiberglassed with EVA foam and mats
Completely rewired and replaced electrical system
Repainted cabin and deck area with Norglass ship shape primer and Northane top coat
Engine cover refurbished and new heat shielding
New lighting throughout
New built in sound system
Gauges replaced
Tuffwinch - 300 drum winch anchor with remotes
New 3 in 1 Active imaging Lowrance Transducer (Elite FS9 head unit TBA at sale)
New ventilation pumps in engine bay
New twin bilge pumps
270L fuel tank - Flushed and painted
New 100L Fresh water tank, pump and plumbing
Freshly barrier coated and painted underside of hull
Flip back flybridge bench seat - Handmade
Enclosed bathroom with new electric flush toilet
New kitchenette with inbuilt gas cooker and sink
Storage area for plug-in coolers or ice box
Dual batteries with DCDC charger with mppt - ready to plug in solar panels
Swim platform refurbished and refitted
Twin axle trailer - in good condition. Lights, brakes and bearings all replaced in the last year. - Currently out of rego, but will re-register before sale.

The Engine

Had 229hrs on it when purchased. Before installation:
Replaced circulation water pump
Replaced freeze plugs and flushed block
Risers and manifolds - Around 30hrs on them
Oil and filter change
New IAC motor
New distributor cap and rotor
New coil
New plugs and leads
New crank pulley, belt & Idler pulley
Refurbished Cool fuel module with 2 new fuel pumps and filters
New crank and rear main seals
New Thermostat
New cooling hoses
New fuel lines
New water separator
Serviced and maintained by Brisbane Marine prior to purchase.

Compression readings are - 160-170psi (very good)
Oil Pressure - 45-60psi (very good)

Engine is running perfectly with nothing needed.

Done circa 20hrs of running since build
