LARC V 261 Aluminium amphibious vehicle
These legendary machines can operate in 2,3 and 4 wheel drive plus spin a high thrust propeller or any combination of the above at once. Low ground pressure capable machines on land and in water. This one is original spec. With a towing post and rear rail added for towing in water. These vehicles are easily converted to many uses with their 9'9"x 16'deck some examples are -lightering freight, passenger transfers, tours, oil spill response, fire fighting, construction, dive operations, mooring installation and more.
These vehicles were only built in the 1960's with just a total of 948 made (just over 700 of which from this saught after factory) they are now rare to find but continuously maintainable in the correct hands.
All advice and intelectual knowledge on how to keep and operate these machines will be provided with the sale.
Reason for sale is I have no further use for this type of vehicle.
