Larson boats are known for their patented VEC hull construction, which creates a stronger, lighter and more rigid hull compared with traditional fibreglass builds. Unlike most bowriders that use conventional hand-laid fibreglass construction, Larson's VEC process moulds and bonds the hull and deck as a single integrated structure. This results in a more consistent build, reduced flex and a noticeably solid feel on the water.

The design also delivers a smooth ride and excellent handling, with Larson hulls renowned for being very responsive and cornering extremely well, making the boat feel agile on the water, almost like a Jet Ski.
