Mariner 28 Flybridge

Mariner 28 Flybridge with dual Mercruiser 4.3L Sterndrive Engines has been with the same owner last 12 years and has been very well maintained with service and antifoul every year (last done Jan 26). No expense spared on engine maintenance, when the mechanic says something needs doing it gets done. Complete port engine rebuild in Jan 23.
Mariners have since become Rivieras and the same Aussie build quality runs through both brands. The deep V hull makes for great sea keeping ability. Most of the current owners time is spent on the Swan and the ability to lower the bimini right down means that 'Comfort Zone' is able to get under the causeway and head up to Optus Stadium, East Perth and beyond. Steering is up on the flybridge which gives a fantastic view and a bench seat for guests. GPS and VHF radio is also up top.
The back deck has had extended shade area and side covers added to keep out the sun. The extended marlin board with rail makes for another area to sit or keep kayaks. The deck shower keeps things clean. The boat comes with a small near new inflatable tender which is easy to lift over the bow and sits nicely in its cradle. An electric motor is nice and light to put on the transom. The electric anchor winch works a treat.
Inside there is a separate front cabin for sleeping, macerator toilet and basin, galley area with ample storage. The main cabin has a 75L XTM 12v dual space fridge (with cover), smart TV and a great bench table which sits 5 or folds down to make a day bed or overnighter. The wood panelling makes her stand out from most 'plastic boats' and means there is no trouble with condensation or mouldy clothes.
The boat has a 180w solar system which keeps the 2 house batteries and 4 crank batteries charged without the need for shore power. A 500W DC-AC inverter allows charging of the electric motor battery. Regrettable sale due to hip replacements!
