"River" was built by famed C&L Marine in Taiwan and is one of only four 35-foot Aft cabin (LOA 39 feet) boats imported to Australia by Mariner. The boat has a lovely history with its origins in Tasmania before sailing to Adelaide, then trucked to Hervey bay and driven to the Gold Coast by the current owner.
A wide body cruiser, she is sea going capable, with comfort, space, and reliability. A three-cabin design with Queen size walk around master aft including separate shower and head fitted with new Vetus electric toilet and holding tank. Extra-large V berth front cabin with ensuite head.
The spacious saloon has seating for 6 with well appointed galley with updated Fridges and Eno oven and burners.
Fitted with a Bow thruster and dual Ford Lehman motors she is extremely manoeuvrable. Generator and 600 W solar panels with 2000W Inverter allow for extensive off grid.
Two major refits have occurred over the last 5 yeas with the Fuel tanks being replaced, new fuel system, new sea strainers, Shaft and Props removed, balanced and re-sealed. Engines have had regular maintenance along with the cooling system upgraded with new coolers, new water pumps (both coolant and water) and new engine mounts. Port Visor covers keep the rain out of portlights.
The recent refit in September 2025 saw the hull stripped back to the original gelcoat, repaired, and recoated with 5 coats of epoxy and 2 coats of Antifoul. New exhaust pipes were also fitted along with new roof covers, side covers and clears. River is in excellent condition and a great boat for Moreton bay and beyond in comfort.
