"River" was built by famed C&L Marine in Taiwan and is one of only four 35-foot Aft cabin (LOA 39 feet) boats imported to Australia by Mariner. The boat has a lovely history with its origins in Tasmania before sailing to Adelaide, then trucked to Hervey bay and driven to the Gold Coast by the current owner.
A wide body cruiser, she is sea going capable, with comfort, space, and reliability. A three-cabin design with Queen size walk around master aft including separate shower and head fitted with new Vetus electric toilet and holding tank. Extra-large V berth front cabin with ensuite head.
The spacious saloon has seating for 6 with well appointed galley with updated Fridges and Eno oven and burners. Port Visor covers keep the rain out of portlights.
The boat has been extensively upgraded, fitted with a Bow thruster and dual Ford Lehman motors she is extremely manoeuvrable. Generator and 600 W solar panels with 2000W Inverter allow for extensive off grid.
Two major refits have occurred over the last 5 years:
Refit 2021:
* New Aluminuim Fuel tanks installed along with all new fuel Lines (new fuel system)
* New sea strainers,
* Shaft and Props removed, balanced and re-seated.
Engines have had regular maintenance including:
* Cooling system upgraded with new Oil coolers,
* All water pumps replaced (both coolant and water)
* Engine mounts Replaced.
* Recent work included new Raecor Main Filters and new Lift Pumps on both Motors
* All batteries have been replaced by the current owner.
New Appliances and updates:
* Dometic 140 L fridge
* Drawer Fridge / Freezer
* Hot water System replaced
* Victron Suite of Inverter, chargers and MPPT
* 600 Watt Renogy Solar system
* Vetus Electric Toilet in the aft head connected to new Holding tank.
* Eno 2 burner stove and oven
* Port Visor portlight covers
Refit in September 2025:
* Full Hull strip back to original gelcoat, repaired, and recoated with 5 coats of epoxy and 2 coats of Antifoul.
* New exhaust pipes were also fitted
* New Bimini and back deck covers installed along with Clears to the flybridge along with side covers.
River is in excellent condition and a great boat for Moreton bay and beyond in comfort.
