MARINER 4300 FLYBRIDGE  

An absolutely beautiful and immaculate Mariner 4300 Flybridge. This is a rare boat and we have been advised it was built for Bill Barry Cotter. One can clearly see it has been maintained to a high standard and upgraded over the years. Comes with outriggers. The hull is clean and glossy. Ideal for family, cruising or would make an excellent live aboard.
This boat has the larger swim platform and the cockpit has full shades, complete with two sizeable Utec freezers, sink and storage as well as a table and 4 chairs.
Acees to the large hard top flybridge is via the ladder. It has an excellent layout with a large forward facing lounge in front of the helm and two forward facing seat at the helm. The helm has the fly by wire Morse single lever controls for each engine either side of the wheel for excellent control. Updated Garmin navigation with a 12" touch screen Gps Plotter, Sounder and Radar. Garmin autopilot, Bow thruster, Muir chain counter with a Simrad VHF, remote spotlight controller and a Fusion remote with JL audio speakers as well as a TV. There is also a fridge located on the flybridge.
Down below in the Salon the large windows let in plenty of light and light finish of the decor and lounges gives an airy and cosy feel. There are mesh screens all around and concertina blinds. There is a large timber folding dining table in a gloss finish with an L shaped lounge on the starboard side and a large comfortable wrap around lounge on the Port side. Just next to the lounge is an ice maker. The salon has also been updated with ambient lighting with remotes for dimming and various colours.
The lower Helm has a wired remote boat controller, analogue gauges, anchor remote and a Gme VHF. Just forward of the lower helm is the large Smart TV with audio integration, sound bar and dvd player. There are also multiple speakers in the salon for either music or video.

A couple of steps down is the open plan galley [ kitchen ] with a good size domestic fridge, stainless sink, 4 burner electric ceramic hob with extractor fan, Microwave oven combo and all new power outlets for the all the kitchen appliances. Plenty of storage cupboard and drawers and a good size worktop all around. Further forward, to the starboard side is the main cabin with a double bed and ensuite bathroom / head. Electric toilet, sink and separate shower with new designed taps and shower head. Plenty of storage all around. The main cabin also has ambient lighting with remotes as well as another smart TV with a sound bar.

Opposite the main cabin is the day head / bathroom, with an electric toilet, sink and shower.
Forward is the bow cabin with a double bed and two bunks, with its on Smart TV and plenty of storage.

The engine room is as clean as I have seen on any boat and is carpeted. The Detroit engines have an Ecoflow system which makes for quiet operation. There is almost standing room in the engine room and everything is very clean and detailed with easy access for maintenance and all the sea cocks. There is a 6.5 KVa Generator, Air conditioning and a 5 Kva Inverter.

The boat comes with an Avon 3.1 Meter Rib tender with a 15 HP Yamaha outboard that is launched and recovered by the dedicated crane on the flat front deck.

In conclusion this is simply a very stunning boat that is very much turn key and ready to enjoy.
