Stepping away from the traditional square box look of most enclosed flybridge models, Barry-Cotter went for a sleeker more Mediterranean profile when he drafted the Aegean.

Her exterior looks can be polarising but when you move inside to the living areas, any opinions on the outside styling are quickly forgotten. Think alfresco, open plan, inside meeting outside, entertaining, and a whole bunch of adjectives and you may come close to describing the unique layout of 'Sea Jewel'.
Her saloon windows are enormous, enabling a 360 degree panoramic vista to the waters outside. While she may be fully airconditioned, sliding side windows provide plenty of fresh air throughout the living area.

The open internal staircase to the upper wheelhouse is perfectly balanced so as not to impede your view. Tri-fold doors open the full width of the rear bulkhead creating an almost level entertaining space from the transom all the way through to the companionway leading down to the cabins. It's quite a statement.

The massive beam of the Maritimo range really stands out when you step into the cabins. In the Aegean, you have four to choose from - A forward guest stateroom with shared ensuite, port and starboard single berth cabins, and an expansive master stateroom stretching across the width of the hull with its own ensuite.

Under the saloon floor hides an impressive engine room, easily accessed via a hatch and stairs from the rear deck. Two Volvo Penta D12's are well suited to effortlessly move this beast onto the plane. Lined with a fibreglass moulding, this plant room is easy to maintain and get around. Simply no excuse not to spend time down there checking systems and polishing the chrome.

This is one of only a few flybridge brands in this size category boasting four cabins, a full width master stateroom and a tender garage. It's certainly the full
package and yet ridiculously priced for a 2012, low hour luxury boat.

Her tender is stored in a garage below the cockpit. This opens using an electric actuator at the touch of a button making the launch and retrieval process very simple. No need to worry about trying to swing a tender off the foredeck!
