Designed and constructed in Sydney by master boat builder Marshall Lord. It combines a long life GRP glass with ISOPHALIC gel-coat and stylish cabin with timber features. With its frugal Yanmar diesel it will cruise economically all day but loves to stretch its legs at 24 knots.
LATE LAST YEAR THE BOAT UNDERWENT A COMPREHENSIVE OUT OF WATER MECHANICAL REBUILD, WITH RECEIPTS TO BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
*New Turbo
*New engine mounts
*New starter motor
*New alternator
*Recondition bow thruster
*New batteries
*Heat exchanger and transmission cooler reconditioned
*New upper and lower cutlass bearing
*New rudder bearing
*New prop shaft seal
*New drip-less seal
*Skin fittings replaced
WORK JUST COMPLETED AT QUEENSCLIFF:
*New raw water wash down
*New cockpit drainage and sump pump
*New radio
*New 10" Garmin GPS MAP 1022xSV
*New through hull transducer
*New battery charger
*New cockpit awning
*New bate board
*Then a full antifoul, new anodes, shaft, prop and trim tabs were all PropSpeeded and vessel underwent a full cut, polish and detail.
With the completion of the extensive refit and renovation, "CYLIX" is now ready for a new future of pleasure cruising and some targeted fishing!
