These are the perfect dual use boat. Amazing entertaining areas for family and friends but with the open deck space to be an extremely comfortable fishing & dive platform for the whole family or a large group of mates.

This is the identical smaller sistership to the Mustang 3800 which won Australian boat of the year 2001, the year this boat was built.

Built in Australia and tough with the Mustang pedigree that's proven itself over a many decades.

Features include a double and queen birth, 3 leather lounges, 2 hot water showers, galley kitchen, fridge, microwave, and ice chiller. Full camper covers, marlin board, stainless steel rails, Fusion stereo, Lowrance sounder and a B744 thru hull transducer. Enough storage to be a live aboard.

Sleeping port to starboard in the queen bed at the rear is another feature that sets these boats apart giving a much better rest on extended stays. Ample seating underneath and above provides awesome comfort and it has a  great practical deck area for fishing, storing dive and all other types of on the water activity gear.

Driven by 5.7L direct injection mercruisers with the Chevrolet base block. The cast motors are superior and more reliable than the more modern mercruiser produced engines in our mercruiser mechanics experience. Compression test have been done on both approximately 15hrs ago showing near perfect 190PSI compression in all 16 cylinders (report available)

Brand new transom assemblies, bellows, tilt rams, brackets, anodes, new battery,   plus a complete overhaul of both engines which also included new starter motors, exhaust manifolds, solenoids, upgraded stainless steel tilt brackets.

Extra stainless rod holders, and a new baitboard have also been installed. Receipts are available for all.

Over $40k in mechanical upgrades in the past few years with $35k+ of that spend coming in the past 9 months alone.

The boat is very clean and in decent original condition for its age with only a couple of minor cosmetic blemishes.

We researched the market extensively prior to buying this vessel and recognised these boats represent a major sweet spot:

They are identical in design to the ~1m larger Mustang 3800 with same motors but sell for half the price.

They are far more practical than most other luxury sports cruiser designs such as Searay, Bayliner etc.. Offering much more than just lounge areas for owners that also want a fish & dive capable boat.

They come equipped with significantly more luxury features and comfort than similarly priced Bertram and other flybridge cruisers in the same size range but are just as practical.

Plenty love and attention has been poured into this vessel in recent times but with children not yet at swimming age we simply haven't been able to use it in the ways that had been hoped.
