Pretty much every option box was ticked when this boat was ordered by her current owner plus additional refinements have been added after-market to make this a truly outstanding cruising motoryacht. Step aboard via the large swim platform and into the spacious cockpit upholstered with quality and tasteful cushions surrounding the alfresco dining table, a solid overhang gives all weather protection and has all around camper covers to enclose the space as required. Looking forward you will notice the cabin is assymmetrical or offset slightly to port to give you a wider walk around which, combined with the sliding helmsmen door enables easy access around the boat, especially convenient when solo docking!

Inside through the large sliding glass door, the cabin is light filled and the decor is elegent with polished mahogany timbers and neutral tone soft furnishings and curtains with a teak & holly floor. The galley is perfectly situated on the starboard side right by the entrance between the cabin and aft deck and opposite the dinette. It features a corian bench top, soft close doors and typically Swedish storage innovations. The cooktop is a flameless gas ceramic hob matched with a stainless steel Eno oven. Refrigeration is ample with an extra drawer fridge / feezer option installed under the dinette seating. The dinette itself offers multiple configurations including full dining or 1/2 cocktail and can be lowered to accommodate additional bedding. The forward seat of the dinette easily converts from aft facing to forward facing for passengers.

At the helm you have a rotating and adjustable drivers seat giving excellent visibility all around the boat. It is faced with a beautiful polished mahogany wheel (upgrade from standard), and all controls are within easy reach and view including Simrad 12" Plotter / Sounder, state of the art Humphrees Lightning Interceptor stability & trim tab system with intergrated under water lights, autopilot, Volvo engine monitor, bow & stern thrusters and the anchor control. Overhead are two sliding hatches with covers giving great airflow throughout the boat and should the weather necessitate, the windscreen has large twin wipers.

Tha accommodation level is a couple of steps down further forward where you will find an amazingly spacious head with enclosed standing room shower, upgraded electric toilet and vanity. Opposite lies a huge queen berth with standing room at the entrance, soft lighting and a large opening portlight giving natural light and air. The master berth is in the bow and features a queen double with innerspring mattresses, large overhead opening hatch plus opening portlights on either side and good cabinet storage. All berths are finished in refined mahogany with soft panelling.

For the technically minded, the boat is driven by a frugal Volvo Penta D4 270HP fuel injected turbo diesel which will get the semi-planing hull up to 22 knots and cruise comfortably at 14 to 16 knots. The hull has been specifically designed around the cruiser who wants an economical smaller engine such as the D4 but still wants a boat that will easily run with stability and comfort irrespective of cruising at speeds between 4 and 20 knots, which avoids producing a large wake and burning a lot of fuel. Electrical power is provided through the 240v system and when on water via the large battery bank and solar panels mounted on the solid overhang. The battery charger has been upgraded to a 50amp smart unit which can easily cope with the seven batteries installed. Whilst there is no generator, the boat has been pre-wired for one should this be desired in the future. Remote controls are included for the windlass and bow & stern thrusters making manouevering a breeze and both the Volvo Penta engine monitor and Simrad Plotter can be remotely connected with the appropriate Apps.

For entertainment and lifestyle onboard there is a multi zone Fusion sound system and the foredeck features sunbathing cushions with a simple to set up sunshade on carbon fibre quick lock poles. A centrally mounted deep boarding ladder at the stern makes getting back onboard after a dip easy and the aft deck shower is hot & cold fresh water. Roof racks are fitted to carry SUPs or surfboards etc and there are snap davits fitted to the transom for the 2.5m fibreglass RIB dinghy.

Engine has been serviced on schedule and has the residual of the extended warranty of 2000 hours / 60 months from December 2023 purchased by the current owner.
