Nordhavn is ramping up its sales and service presence in Australasia with the addition of a new agent based in Sydney. Marley Cutbush will oversee Nordhavn Australasia's new Sydney branch office, providing additional resources to buyers in Australia, New Zealand and Asia as well as to current Nordhavn owners seeking sales and/or service assistance. Cutbush, a lifelong sailor, has amassed nearly a decade of experience with Nordhavn. He was first indoctrinated into the brand as a delivery captain, ushering a Nordhavn 60 from Cabo San Lucas, Mexico to Sydney. During the four-month journey, Cutbush quickly learned to appreciate the design quality and capability of Nordhavns. Additional deliveries followed and eventually, Cutbush was tapped by Nordhavn's US team to assist with sales transactions Down Under. In 2020, he supported the brand aboard the Nordhavn 120 My Aurora at the Miami Yacht Show and most recently on the Nordhavn 41 and 60 at the 2022 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. Besides working with Nordhavn, Cutbush is the managing director of Flagship International yacht brokerage house, which he founded in 2020.
He is excited to add the Nordhavn brand to his firm's existing portfolio. "After a close association with the Nordhavn brand and the PAE team for nearly a decade, I'm thrilled to be officially onboard, " Cutbush said. OVERVIEW
Take 5 was built to cruise the world in luxury, with safety and redundancy playing a key role. She was built in 2009 with the best of everything. There are many unique features on Take 5, one being the custom layout which allows for an extremely luxurious and spacious lower VIP cabin, which was achieved by reversing the spiral staircases going from the lower cabins upward to the pilothouse. Another result of this custom layout is the vast pantry spaces it provided on the main level near the galley. There truly is an amazing amount of storage on this vessel. The moment you walk in the aft salon door you really get a feel of the open and airy spaces aboard Take 5. Her machinery spaces were spec'd to be reliable and redundant, especially with the option of twin engines and triple generators. The navigation equipment also has many redundancies and is what you would expect to see on any expedition yacht. Many of the navigation systems have been upgraded over the years since Take 5 was first launched. Take 5 has spent her days cruising both coasts with a majority of her time spent here on the East Coast. She is a truly amazing vessel that is ready for her next adventure.

The owner's stateroom of Take 5 is finished in a rich satin gloss teak wood. The full beam design creates a spacious and roomy stateroom. The hanging locker and drawer storage in this stateroom was well thought out, with multiple hanging lockers and several banks of drawers. There is more storage here than you would find in most homes. The owner's stateroom of Take 5 is equipped with a king size berth as well as opening portlights and opening overhead hatches allowing for good natural light as well as ventilation. There are teak framed shoji panels on sliding tracks covering the portlights on the port starboard sides of the cabin, which allow for ultimate privacy. The owner's head is quite spacious with plenty of storage, a bathtub, vanity area, separate shower and toilet area.
VIP Guest Stateroom
The VIP stateroom on the lower deck is set up for your most important guests. This is truly a VIP guest cabin. This cabin is equipped with full walk-around queen bunk. There is a hanging locker and drawer storage. The bulkheads are covered in teak wood with a satin finish. Mimicking the owner's cabin again there are shoji panels covering the portlights allowing for privacy. The opening portlights and fresh air blower are a great source of ventilation. The spacious VIP guest head is one-of-a-kind with a large bath tub, separate shower and ample room.
