PRO-LINE 23 SPORT XP 40TH ANNIVERSARY EDITION  

This fishing and cruising boat was built in 2007, and is powered by a Honda 200HP outboard engine, which has been well-maintained and cared for.

Featuring a full walkaround deck and a composite hull that is 100% wood free and fully self draining deck and cabin space (Fiberglass Integrated Structural Technology) with fiberglass and high-density, closed-cell foam coring. It has foam-filled fibreglass stringers for added strength and durability.

Some of the features on this boat include dual marine batteries with battery selection/isolation battery switchboard, swim ladder, huge under deck fish boxes with macerator, massive live bait tank, gunnel trims and hold holders, premium marine upholstery, raw water washdown, rod holders, hydraulic steering, walk thru transom, trim tabs, multiple deck & cabin lighting, folding rear bench and drained bait board with knive storage and custom removeable snapper racks. The motorised anchor winch makes pulling up the anchor a dream one finger operation from the cover of the cabin.

The twin berth forward cabin has a flushable toilet, forward storage locker, heaps of side storage space and cabin vanity with freshwater tap. Cabin lighting and fresh air from the skylight make sleeping on the water realistic and comfortable. I have removed the original double helm seat with storage locker and back to back fold up double seat to create more deck space for fishing but we still have the seat and it will go with the boat.

The boat also features a fibreglass hard-top and full surround cabin glass, blue gel-coat from chine to rub rail, full gunwhale length custom snapper racks, and a freshwater hand held shower with a 100 litre tank. Previous owner did not have covered and blue gelcoat is faded. Minor gelcoat repairs are currently in process for a few minor chips and scratches (normal wear and tear) and then the boat is booked for a marine vinyl wrap prior to sale handover.

The electronics include a Raymarine A series 9 inch sounder and chart plotter with 1 kW through hull transducer, new icon Marine Radio, stereo with surround marine speakers. The hardtop is fitted rocket launchers, aerials and a 360 degree rotating remote control search light, plenty of room and structure to mount outriggers.

The boat comes with a majic-tilt aluminium dual-axle trailer, 15-inch wheels including spare, hydraulic/electric braking system with break away. Trailer came with the boat from the US. Springs, shackles, hubs, calipers and braided stainless hoses have just recently been replaced with OZ equivelent to make servicing easier. The boat also comes with a fully waterproof custom made cover.

Boat and trailer dry weight is about 2.9T.

Additionally, safety equipment, including some life jackets, flares, GME GPS EPIRB, 2 fire extinguishers, safety gas horn and V-sheet is included in the sale.

Service history from the states was unavailable but since I have owned it the boat has been under cover and serviced at max 100 hour intervals, with all required maintenance performed.
