With the new fishing rules in place, having a boat that's versatile and easy to tow is key.
I've owned this boat for 5yrs, and have been down to the Capes, out to the FADS and upas far as the Montebellos, it's great to tow and these millennium hulls punch above their weight compared to flat plate.
The 4mm hull and 3mm top sides are the same thickness as the equivalent bar crusher (615) and the fine entry and flare of the hull make for a softer ride.
It also has enough cab to sleep in and the large dash area is great for cooking.
I had the new motor fitted in Jan 23 and Suzuki 3+3 warranty means that if serviced by a dealer it has warranty through til 2029.
It uses ~1L per Nautical mile at cruise up to 25kn and does around 37kn at WOT.
Combined with the 350L of fuel and solar backed VSR regulated dual battery system it gives over 500km of range and the confidence to use it.
The 175hp from Suzuki is the same engine as the the 200hp, just with a milder tune.
This means it can be run quite hard and has a long life expectancy, while having plenty of torque for towing biscuits, skiers etc.
I had the hardtop made in 2022 and had extra reinforcing added for the Montes trip last year, it's rock solid.
It's still on the original trailer which has had extensive reinforcement works as well as fresh springs 2023 and I've just done the bearings also.
The Simrad GO9 was new in 2023 and I replaced the 3in1 type transducer with an Airmar P66 for better bottom reading at depth and speed, but that means it no longer does side scan and that sort of fluff.
I'm a guy who loves boats, so it's been loved and cared for, it's an "everything works" boat and presents well.
I don't have a lot of receipts because I enjoy working on the boat myself and take comfort in having an intimate knowledge of how things work, but I do have lots of photos.
I had it wrapped last week as the paint was faded and had a few scratches, as boats that go places and do stuff often do.
All safety equipment included, rego just paid, recently serviced its 100% turn key ready to go on a trip tomorrow.
Selling as I have bought a larger boat in a pen.
