Riviera 36 Flybridge with Extended Cockpit

Pier Pressure is a very well maintained and presented Riviera 36 extended to 38. The extended cockpit creating a fantastic rear deck for entertaining, fishing or just lounging about. And with the preferred two cabin layout and convertible settee, there's enough room for the whole family for those lazy weekends aboard or room for your buddies for the annual trip to the Abrolhos Islands.

The Riviera have always been a benchmark and this Riv boasts the usual Riviera niceties like the gloss varnish cherry wood interior detail and quality finishes. New tap ware gives the well appointed bathroom a lift and recent upgrade to power points and all LED lighting are just a sample of the current owners constant improvements. Upholstery both inside and out have been freshened, and along with the teak to the back deck make this boat a standout.

The neat galley in the main saloon area is fitted with a great utectic refrigeration and ceramic two hob cooktop and microwave oven. There is further utectic ice box in the cockpit.

Moving forward into the cabin area is the shared toilet/bathroom to port, and features the preferred separate shower stall. New corian style bench tops and tap wear make the look sleek and simple. And you wont need to worry too much about water use as she also comes with a small water maker that can top you up whenever you have the gen set running. To starboard is cabin two which features generous bunk beds. And forward to the master cabin featuring a generous island double bed.

The extended rear cockpit is well shaded by the by the awning above and has the added feature of an additional Euro style shade awning that extends out over the swim board. The cockpit awning also houses the dinghy (3m Zodiac RIB) above that is easily launched and retrieved via the electric winch and davit. The dinghy is powered by a 10hp four stroke outboard.

This Riviera has the usual twin diesel Cummins 6BTA 315hp engines that have her cruising comfortably around 18-20 knots. They are well maintained and the owners have literally years and years of records with pretty much every cent that's ever been spent both under the bonnet and everywhere else for that matter.

If you want to be cruising to Rotto and beyond this summer in a neat, well maintained and improved flybridge cruiser, then this vessel is a viewing must. It's turn key and ready to go.
