Riviera 3850 Flybridge "Beach Club" - Rottnest-Ready and Freshly Serviced

I first sold Beach Club in 2020, and it's a real pleasure to bring her back to market. Her current owners have looked after her exactly as a Riviera deserves. She's had her annual makeover every year, and she's just come out of a full service, antifoul and polish ready for summer.

For anyone not familiar with the 3850, she was one of the last of the model built. In volume she sits between the Riviera 38 and 40 open flybridge models, and she rides on the proven Riviera 4000 hull. Twin Cummins 6BTA 5.9 diesels on shaft drive give you an easy 18 to 22 knot cruise. That makes Rottnest a comfortable run and Mandurah to the Abrolhos well within reach.

Below, the layout works well for families and weekend crowds. There's a forward master with an island double and a guest cabin with bunks that convert to a double. The saloon lounge also makes up into a double, and there's a separate shower stall and Vacuflush toilet. The galley has a fridge/freezer, a combination microwave and a ceramic cooktop. Out back, the cockpit icebox has just been fitted with a new compressor, and the gas BBQ and cockpit table are included for long days at anchor.

A practical bonus for local buyers: with her adjustable anchor light, she'll fit under the Mandurah foreshore bridge. She is also within the length limit to moor in Herring Bay at the top end of Garden Island (GIFAA membership required).
