Sanctuary 63 Power Cat

This large volume Power cat was built at Tomago Newcastle. She is very very comfortable. As you enter on the rear deck you are greeted with an excellent entertaining space with comfortable seating for all you guests, A pizza oven on one side and a gas oven on the other, Through the glass sliding doors two huge lounges with recliners are on each side, with 3/4 beds behind for the kids to sleep or relax. The Galley island table is again extremely large with 9 seats around three sides, the largest cutting board i have ever seen on the other end. The galley is well equipped with large fridge freezer and fridge. Heaps of bench and storage spaces, coffee machine and microwave. One the port side and entertainment bench with flat screen Tv, 2 games computers and consoles and stereo blue tooth system. Down below on the port side is Large Cabin with queen side bed, Just behind the large head and separate shower area. Behind it is another double queen bed. The starboard side has a forward another large queen double and through a alley way too the forth Double cabin.
The engine rooms are again large with easy access to the engines, and storage for fishing rods, Work bench, water maker and more.
The Front deck area is clear of junk and easy to walk, The roof has 8 large solar panels. She has remote controls for easy manoeuvring the vessel. Electric anchor winch, Electric davits for lifting the dingy. She comes with everything already aboard, linen, cutlery etc. She has a lithium battery system and a portable electric generator. The owner has cruised her on the east coast, she is ready for you to move aboard and go.
