This outstanding Steber 43 is a robust, Australian built flybridge cruiser renowned for excellent offshore performance, soft ride and is well proven for gamefishing and long range cruising. It features a wide 4.7m beam which provides a huge volume for the cockpit and a light spacious interior.
The 43 ft hull is known for its ability to handle rough seas well and has an inbuilt keel which keeps it tracking straight. The quality of construction makes Stebers the choice for commercial operations such as charter boats, commercial fishing, rescue organisations, workboats for navy, army, fisheries surveillance and recreational use.
This 43 is built to survey and all the relevant documents are included and could be put into current survey if needed.
The quality of being built to survey includes watertight bulkheads; a heavy collision bulkhead at the bow ensuring safety and piece of mind when navigating offshore in heavy seas.
She is fully setup for serious gamefishing but is also a comfortable safe long range cruising vessel. With the addition of solar panels it means lengthy stays at sea can be easily achieved.
She is powered by D12 Volvo common rail electronically controlled diesels which are slow revving commercial grade engines. She cruises comfortably at 22 knots doing 1700 rpm. Long range cruising at 900 rpm where she does 9 knots and is very economical. Top speed is approx 32 knots.
