Living much of its life up on an electric boat lifter at the front of the canal home she has only recently been residing in a wet pen, with a fresh coat of antifoul, a polish and engine / leg
services all in mid 2025 she is ready to go. This Sunrunner 3100 is now looking for its next family to enjoy time on the water.

Feature packed this could well be the boat your family has been looking for. Stainless transom rail with a BBQ mount and Auxiliary outboard bracket fitted to the Teak finished swim platform leading into the Starboard side transom door past the fender holders and fresh water deck shower onto a Teak finished Cockpit with formal lounges forward and aft, a wet
bar with ice box and canopies overhead. Roll down the rear storm covers at the end of the day and extend the outdoors areas into the evening. A small step up to the raised Helm area, Teak finished and complete with a forward facing L shaped lounge to give the skipper some company while taking the family out for the day. Front and side clears, QL trim tabs, Navman electronics and a Bow Thruster makes the job at hand about as simple as it might get.

Heading down the companionway steps the Teak finish features again with a lovely timber finish throughout the lower half of the boat. The volume and space in the cabin is second to none and I would go as far as to say it is the biggest in its class. As a tall person having the available room on offer here is refreshing ! A large forward berth converts from the dinette with a very decent sized rear cabin that is easy to access which is not common in this style of boat. Room for at least two couples to spend the weekend if needed. While not the focus of the Cabin and saloon area the Galley is more than adequate to ful-fill the needs of a hungry family if not looking to deal with meals on the BBQ. A Sharp Micro, single burner dual fuel stove, Stainless sink and moulded bench tops make meal time a simple process and plenty of storage for a boat of just 31 feet.

Currently powered by a pair of Mercruiser 4.3Mpi V6 stern drives showing approximately 550 hours all servicing was completed in July 2025 A real winner with the transom shields being replaced in 2023 so that will save an enormous head ache going forward. Polished and antifouled in July 2025 Fitted with a Lewmar makes berthing a truely enjoyable process !
We generally find this model sells well into the WA market and with limited supply of this model becoming available we are not expecting it to last to long in the current summer pattern.
