Voyager 1040 Flybridge Catamaran

The V1040 flybridge cruiser is equipped with dual Turbo Diesel inboard engines, retaining its shallow draft and protected props for trouble free exploring in remote areas.

Solid fibreglass hull constructed of Vinylester resin moulded deck, low profile roof with foam sandwich and cored construction. Low drag, fuel efficient hull.

Heavy duty gunwale moulding, moulded bow sprit, large anchor locker with 70m Galvanised anchor chain and two forward storage hatches plus walk through transom with moulded swim/boarding platform.

The Voyagers clever design provides all the stability and advantages of owning a catamaran however with a 4.25m beam it fits into a single 12m mono hull berth reducing costly marina fees.

The 1040 provides a large fully protected cockpit, large flybridge and a combined dining/galley/lounge proving multiple spaces from which to enjoy your surroundings whether you are whale watching offshore or anchored in your favourite spot this vessel caters for all. The large flybridge is easily accessed via moulded stairs (not a ladder) with the flybridge providing ample seating for sight seeing whilst underway or sundowners whilst at anchor.

The swim platform/duckboard allows easy boarding while providing a great spot to swim or fish from. The tender is easily launched and boarded via the custom made and unique 12v stainless steel davit system which places the tender right alongside the duckboard.

Fully removable covers allow the duckboard and cockpit, with Weber family gas bbq, to become a large open area with forward entrance to either the lounge or flybridge.

Power is provided by 2 x 125hp Yanmar turbo motors with 4,600 hours, providing efficient cruising speeds of 8 - 10 with a top speed around 14 knots.

The full clears provide exceptional 360 degree visibility from the flybridge and ventilation via the four opening windows.

Accommodation is provided forward with two double berth cabins and an additional three quarter berth tunnel bunk to the port side. The dinette can also lower to provide another double bed.

Large foredeck space and easily accessed side decks offer sunbathing or whale watching opportunities.

This is the perfect couples boat or for families who wish to explore the coast cost effectively.
