Boarding the boat from her large teak-laid swim platform, complete with removable tender cradles, leads you directly to her Beach Club. This area doubles as a toy garage when the vessel is underway. Engine room access is also possible from the front of the Toy Garage/Beach Club - this will prove to be a very handy access point from a machinery service perspective and likewise will assist ventilation to the engine room when stationary.

Within the Toy Garage/Beach Club you will observe a new wet bar, Dometic drawer fridge, custom storage lockers, overhead storage baskets, Fusion stereo system with waterproof speakers, LED lighting and dedicated fender storage which have transformed the space into a highly functional watersports and entertaining area. Freshwater and saltwater washdown systems further enhance practicality, while the ADC 350kg crane continues to assist with launching and retrieving the included new Grand 340 (3.4m) centre console RIB powered by a Yamaha 40hp outboard.

Teak-laid stairs on either side of the Toy Garage/Beach Club lead up into the expansive teak-laid cockpit, designed as an exceptional outdoor entertaining space. Featuring a large centrally mounted white stone table and a new custom aft forward-facing lounge with underseat storage, this area offers the perfect setting for relaxed alfresco dining or evening cocktails under the stars. At its heart, the Warren 87 is an entertainer's dream. Curved floor-to-ceiling stainless steel framed, tinted sliding glass doors seamlessly connect the expansive cockpit with the beautifully appointed main saloon, where the overall quality of the yacht is immediately evident. The aft saloon features new custom lounges to port and starboard, complemented by a bespoke coffee table, end table, custom designer rug and ample under-lounge storage. New natural stone accents, stainless detailing and ambient LED lighting with independent lighting zones create a sophisticated and contemporary atmosphere, while electric blinds throughout provide added comfort and privacy.

Designed for effortless entertaining, the saloon is equipped with a glass double-door drinks fridge, ice maker and concealed technology including an electrically operated hi/lo TV behind the portside lounge and a second TV that drops down from the ceiling and faces aft for viewing from the cockpit. A premium Yamaha entertainment system with multi-zone audio throughout the vessel, Starlink internet and onboard Wi-Fi further enhance the onboard experience. In addition to refrigeration and freezer capacity the galley boasts an abundance of storage for non-perishables. This exquisite galley will be greatly appreciated by any chef presenting their signature dishes upon the marble island servery. Following the festivities, pop everything into the Miele dishwasher while you sit back and enjoy the rest of the evening. All appliances present as new and the vessel is offered fully equipped with new crockery, cutlery, cookware, glassware, kitchen utensils and coffee machine, ready for immediate use.

Opposite the galley to port is a stunning lower lounge featuring a new custom lounge and designer rug, coordinated ambient LED lighting and electric blinds. The midship area of the vessel is fitted with large oval portholes; four on the galley side and four on the lounge side, offering beautiful water views and lots of natural light. Overhead is a spectacular skylight, a special feature allowing yet more natural light to fill this room.

The accommodation layout for the vessel offers three luxury guest cabins, all with private ensuite access, plus one crew cabin accessed from the cockpit.

Immediately aft of the galley the second guest cabin is positioned to starboard featuring a double bed with custom upholstered bedhead wraps, matching custom cushions, electric blinds and private access to a shared ensuite which doubles as the yacht's day head. All of the staterooms are decorated with beautiful soft furnishings.

The highlight of the accommodation is the enormous full beam midship owner's stateroom which offers an elegant and contemporary space to relax in spacious privacy. Notable features are the queen-sized island bed with a custom navy upholstered bedhead, matching custom cushions, new luxury bedding, upholstered reading lounge, walk-in wardrobe, new TV, electric blinds and soft wall finishes. Once again, the thoughtful placement of mirrors in the master cabin opens this huge space even more. The master suite has a large bathroom with double shower recess, ceiling mounted shower rose, and mirrored walls complementing the beautiful marble throughout.

Opposite the starboard guest stateroom is the ship's laundry complete with an 8kg washing machine, new 9kg dryer, laundry basin and two Westinghouse refrigerator/freezers, providing exceptional additional refrigeration and freezer capacity.

Back up to the main saloon, it is now time to ascend the floating marble staircase up to the skylounge. From this vantage point you can truly appreciate the scale of this magnificent superyacht. The helm station features a modern matt black dash, housing everything a captain desires including dual Raymarine Axiom screens, new dashboard switch panels, and two new Stella helm chairs with custom upholstery. The FLIR night vision camera is a handy addition for night time navigation with maximum confidence.

A stainless steel Vitrifrigo drawer fridge conveniently keeps drinks icy cold so as to avoid the need to duck downstairs for a replacement beverage. When not entertaining larger crowds, the skylounge doubles as a luxurious private escape.

For those wanting to experience more of the outdoors, there is a newly upholstered foredeck sun lounge on the foredeck accessed via the safe walkaround side decks, a tranquil place to soak up some sun.

This Warren 87 is powered by twin shaft drive MTU 8V 2000 M94 diesel engines each producing 1250HP and has logged only demonstrator hours. With this power package she will sprint to 29 knots if and when required. Twin generators, both recently serviced, take care of onboard power requirements when away from the dock including the CruisAir air-conditioning throughout the entire boat. To enhance manoeuvrability, the boat is equipped with side-power hydraulic bow and stern thrusters, MTU wired docking remote, Zipwake interceptor trim control system and upgraded Marine Airflow variable-speed engine room ventilation.
