42ft Custom Catamaran 2011 model

For sale is this 42ft Catamaran
can sleep up to 4 people,
Has jib and man sail only,
It is in the water but not yet ready to sail as this is a work in progress,
I have been slowly working on it when I get the chance but of recently haven't had the time and circumstances have changed so this would suit somebody who is wanting a project to work on.

Comes with an aluminium tinny as a tender and a 9.8 hp outboard motor.
Has gas hot water for showers
And gas stove top,
Oven is 240v
