Remarks
Nichola is a proven, ocean-going Adams 10m centre-cockpit yacht with an exceptional cruising history and a reputation for strength, safety and comfort.

Purchased in 2015, Nichola has been our full-time home and cruising vessel for more than six years. During that time she carried us safely while living aboard and exploring Tasmania, the East Coast of Australia, and extensively throughout the South Pacific. Her cruising paused only due to Covid, not due to any limitation of the vessel.

She is Tasmanian and internationally registered and has completed multiple offshore passages under her current ownership. Nichola is well-equipped for serious cruising, set up for short-handed sailing, and has been maintained with reliability and self-sufficiency in mind.

Key features include a strong sail inventory (including storm and tri-sails), multiple redundant systems (depth sounders, bilge pumps, radios), wind vane steering, wind generator, and both sea brake and Jordan drogue for offshore safety. A new furler was fitted in May 2019, and she carries a Fleming wind vane, making her an excellent long-distance cruiser.

The centre cockpit layout provides excellent protection at sea and a comfortable liveaboard configuration below. Nichola has proven herself as a capable, trustworthy vessel for extended cruising and offshore adventures.

She would suit sailors looking for a genuine blue-water yacht with a known history -- whether for coastal cruising, offshore passages, or full-time liveaboard life.

Reluctantly offered for sale due to health reasons, Nichola is ready for her next owners and the next chapter of her journey.
