The Admiral 38 catamaran was designed by Angelo Lavranos whose trademark sleek lines and performance shine true to his motto of "Space, Pace and Grace".
Sensation is a 2003 owners version executive model with stylish double stripes on both the hulls & topsides. She is a proven blue water cruiser having navigated both the Atlantic and Pacific oceans on her journey to Australia.
We have owned Sensation since 2020, being the third owners. During this time we have cruised the Qld coast multiple times and have proven Sensation to be a safe, reliable and comfortable vessel in keeping with the Admiral reputation. During our stewardship we have invested significant money and effort into upgrades. The solar and lithium battery upgrades have made Sensation truely self suficient with power no longer being a limiting factor. If we weren't moving overseas, we certainly wouldn't be letting her go.
Sensation is being sold along with her 13m Marina berth at Horizon Shores Marina. The berth is in the protected West Arm (one of the most storm-safe marinas on the East Coast of Australia). Horizon Shores is currently undergoing significant upgrades by the new management (D'albora Marinas) with new facilities, amenities and carparks. The marina berth is a fixed lease to 2031. Ideally positioned, Horizon Shores provides fast access to both the Gold Coast Broadwater and Brisbane's Moreton Bay and beyond.
With her 18m air draft and shallow draw of 0.8m Sensation can go where many others can't.
