The vessel's single head is an electric Jabsco model which is connected to a Saniloo chlorine waste treatment system located in the head forward cabinet. An electric macerator pump is fitted to facilitate discharging. All valves were tested and functional and no indication of leaks was noted.

An Olimpia air conditioner is fitted and an Ausclimate brand dehumidifier.

Covers
The vessels Bimini and davits are integrated with the pushpit. These are robustly
constructed with no evidence of stressing or movement. The spray dodger presents in average
condition with isolated areas of rub-through on the frame, they remain serviceable.
Ground Tackle
27 kg (60LB) plough anchor in the stem head, this is fitted with approximately
60 metres of galvanised chain.

An electric submersible bilge pump is located under the cabin sole in the keel sump.

Fire Protection
2 x 1kg and 1 kg dry powder fire extinguishers, one in the galley and one in the saloon.
Electrics
12-volt DC ships and 240-volt AC shore power is utilized. AC Shore power is taken aboard via an
approved IP66 fitting which is located on cockpit coaming aft of the helm. 240-volt AC power is
utilized by the GPO fittings. A dedicated circuit breaker is fitted in the port cockpit locker. The AC
inlet fitting, circuit breaker and outlets were replaced during the current ownership. The vessels 12-volt
DC system comprises of two battery banks. The house bank comprises of 2 x 12-volt AGM type
batteries located under the starboard quarter berth whilst the engine start bank comprises of a single
12-volt sealed AGM battery mounted immediately forward of the engine. All batteries are secured and
corrosion free. Both banks are wired via a rotary battery switch mounted beneath the chart table. This
permits joint/parallel or separate usage. Charging is provided by the engine alternator, and a solar
array comprising of 2 x 200-watt rigid solar panels mounted on top of the davit/Bimini arch. These
charge via a Morningstar brand Pro-star 30 solar charge controller. A Victron Energy battery monitor
is fitted and functional exhibiting 12.55volts. The DC switch panels are located on the starboard side of the companionway bulkhead and a light switch panel opposite the head. These are well laid out and
clearly labelled. A 12-volt 800-watt Sinewave inverter is fitted.
Electronics
A Plastimo bulkhead mounted helm compass is fitted and functional. A Raymarine Ray 54E VHF radio is fitted and functional. A Lowrance Global Map 5200E GPS/plotter is fitted.
A Simrad tiller pilot. An SOS life sling is mounted on the pushpit. A radar reflector is mounted in the rigging.
Sail Inventory
The head stay is
fitted with a Profurl brand Genoa furling system. The mainsail is
roller-reefed around the boom.
Mast / Rigging
The mast is rigged with a single set of inline spreaders. It has cap
shrouds, fore and aft lower shrouds, twin topmast backstays and a forestay. All standing rigging is 1 x
19 stainless steel wire
