Below deck

Tonik features a spacious three-cabin, three-head layout, each stateroom with private en-suite access and separate shower for maximum comfort. A large saloon with convertible berth increases accommodation to comfortably sleep up to eight guests.
Natural light floods the interior through expansive hull windows, a fixed forward skylight, and four large opening hatches above the saloon--creating a bright, airy, almost "sunroof" feel throughout the main living area.
Entertainment is well catered for, with a pop-up television, premium stereo system, and a welcoming salon ideal for relaxing or socializing. The forward-facing galley is as beautiful as it is functional. Featuring a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and wine fridge, along with abundant counter space and storage. A dedicated navigation station provides the ideal base for safe passage planning.
Long-range cruising is made easy thanks to a high-capacity solar array, which keeps the house battery bank topped up with ease. Paired with a watermaker, life off-grid becomes effortlessly comfortable--even for extended periods.

Performance & Handling

Whether sailing short-handed or with a full crew, Tonik is a true pleasure to sail. Her inboom furling mainsail and self-tacking jib allow for safe, simple sail handling in all conditions. She is currently rigged with a set of Quantum carbon sails--including a main and 105% genoa--along with a complete set of Dacron delivery sails for added versatility.
All lines run aft to four electric winches, conveniently positioned within reach of the twin helm stations, making single or double-handed sailing a breeze.
Under sail, she tracks effortlessly, thanks to her standard draft keel and twin rudder configuration.
When the wind drops, her upgraded Yanmar 110 HP engine pushes her along comfortably at 8.5 knots cruising speed, ensuring reliable passage-making under power.

Deck & Cockpit Comfort

Designed by Maurizio Cossutti of Cossutti Yacht Design, the Bavaria C57's deck and cockpit arrangement is a masterclass in modern cruising design--balancing safety, ease of movement, and stylish simplicity. Clean, flush decks, low-profile fittings, and strategically placed handholds allow for safe navigation around the boat in all conditions.
The cockpit is expansive, offering twin U-shaped seating areas with convertible tables that easily transform into large lounging spaces. Entertaining is effortless, with an integrated wet bar featuring a sink, grill, and drawer-style fridge--perfect for sundowners at anchor or dinner under the stars.
At the stern, a drop-down swim platform gives easy access to the water via port-side steps, leading to a spacious RIB garage that securely stores the Williams MiniJet 2850 tender. Ideal for fast and stylish trips ashore or exploring secluded anchorages.
