'Kairos' is a 2006 Bavaria 39 listed exclusively for sale with YOTI on Pittwater.

This Bavaria 39 is a fantastic all-rounder that immediately feels solid, comfortable and easy to live with. Stepping aboard, you get that classic Bavaria warmth: bright timber finishes, an inviting saloon and a genuinely impressive sense of space. The single-wheel helm keeps everything simple and manageable. Bavaria's robust push-rod steering system delivers a direct, positive helm feel with very little to go wrong - a design valued by cruisers for its strength and reliability. The cockpit is well protected by a 2020 dodger, bimini and side clears, complemented by cockpit cushions, good seating and excellent visibility forward.

The Volvo D2-55 (approx. 1,800 hours) has been professionally and consistently serviced, including a full engine and saildrive service in October 2024. The saildrive is paired with a three-blade folding prop, and engine access is excellent from multiple sides. The fuel tank features an updated sender and gauge. Antifoul, Propspeed and a topsides polish were also completed in October 2024.

Electronics include a B&G Zeus 2 chartplotter, Raymarine ST60 Tridata, B&G autopilot (2016), B&G VHF and AIS. The upgraded electrical system features a 200Ah lithium house battery, Bluetooth battery monitoring and a solar panel mounted on the bimini.

Overall, Kairos feels like the ideal size for simple, enjoyable sailing - manageable for a couple yet comfortable for extended cruising. It's the sort of yacht you can easily "jump on and go", perfect for exploring Pittwater, weekends offshore or cruising up the East Coast.
