Spirit is a well maintained Beneteau First 435 Frers designed yacht. She offers fast and comfortable cruising with a three-cabin layout, each with its own ensuite. Spirit has a large saloon area with a U-shaped leather lounge and matching berth lounge opposite. The galley is equipped with a SMEV 4 burner gas stove & oven and eutectic and 12-volt refrigeration. Spirit has a great racing history including the Brisbane to Gladstone race as well as the Northern regattas at Airlie Beach and Hamilton Island, winning her division in 2006. There is wear downstairs, but she is still comfortable and practical. On deck and through the water she is still a winner.

Forward main cabin V-berth with ensuite. Two aft cabins on both starboard and portside with lots of storage. Very comfortable surround seating with port U shaped lounge and long lounge / berth on starboard with a teak dining table between with drop down sides. There is a lee berth above the lounge on port. Excellent headroom. A dedicated chart and communications area aft starboard saloon with Electrical fuse board, wifi, tankage sensors, VHF.

Bathroom: 3 heads. 1 forward of the saloon to port, separate from the forward cabin. 2 heads aft, before each aft cabin. Note: the starboard side head has been removed to provide a bigger wet weather gear drying room.

Galley

Galley to port with a double stainless-steel sink and Hot and Cold flickmixer. SMEV 4 burner hotplate & oven. Eutectic refrigeration.
