Description: Beneteau First 45f5
Serenade is a very nice example of the very successful 45F5 Beneteau built from 1990 to 1996- Nearly 250 units where built world wide at that time!
Bruce Farr and Pinninfarina design combined to create a very fast cruising yacht with distinctive style and performance. Serenade was Australian delivered and has had only two very caring owners. The first owner (until 2019 from new) annually serviced the boat and performed two major refits to ensure the boat remained in perfect condition. The second owner has enjoyed her for the last three years, and has up-kept the maintainence to include a full re-rig and general service of equipment as required. The yacht is lying at the Royal South Australian Yacht Squadron and ready for the next adventourous owner!

Serenade is a 3-cabin layout 45F5 with two heads and large open saloon/galley. The interior is in lovely condition and presents very well throughout for her age.
The comfortable Leather sofas in the saloon and owners' cabin are a highlight, as well as the overall styling by Pininfarina in this model. The owner's cabin is very generous for a 45ft yacht and boasts lots of storage and ensuite forward. Two additional cabins aft are also very roomy and have plenty of headroom and natural light.
The large Main Saloon has a large oval table to starboard with seating for 8 guests. There is great outboard storage and lovely hull windows, as well as ample opening hatches in the coach roof for ventilation and light (note- all hatches have blinds). The cabin top on the 45F5 has the signature Pininfarina "lightbox" which is amazing for keeping the cabin light filled!
