Beneteau Oceanis 41.1

Pier to Pier is a 2016 Beneteau Oceanis 44.1 model. Spec'd as a demo boat equipped with the performance package (extended keel, carbon fibre steering wheel, etc. ), it was newly relicensed for charter operations in 2023 with a relationship with Sailcorp as the chartering company. Pier to Pier is equipped for long-distance cruising with dual B&G Zeus 2 7" chart plotters (Glass Helm), autohelm, Starlink internet, solar panels, a battery monitor, and a 3kW 240V inverter that services the internal power points. It's an easy boat to sail single-handed over long distances and a lot of fun to race with a competent crew.

Pier to Pier has new racing sails, fitted in 2023. It was hauled out in May 2025, and the hull was scrubbed and repainted. Cosmetic gel coat repairs were done in February 2024. The boat is in excellent condition and has had a dehumidifier running while docked for most of its life to prevent mould growth and keep it fresh.

We have sailed from Pier to Pier to the Whitsundays twice (2019,2023), and it's been a regular holiday boat in Pittwater. The capacious lazarettes have stored multiple paddle boards and kayaks, and the boat has had a 4-person dinghy and 6HP outboard for most of its tenure. The fold-down transom and inflatable flotilla make it exceptionally pleasant for extended (1 week+) stays for a family.

All documentation has been digitised and will be included in the sale. Cutlery, crockery (and spares), and various custom 3D-printed retainers are also included along with safety lines, a small wet/dry vacuum cleaner, EPIRB and 2 PLBs, a dehumidifier, and other equipment. The boat has several custom 3D-printed parts (e. G., a boat hook retainer), modifications (USB ports at the helms), and equipment (clip-on bimini light bar) that have been thoughtfully added to make the boat more comfortable.

Pier to Pier is a well-loved, carefully maintained, very capable long-distance cruiser effective for both long stays and harbour cruises. The cockpit is large and comfortable and has hosted many groups. We've had great fun and big adventures, and we'll miss it, but our children have grown up, and we need to (reluctantly!) move on. It's time for a new set of owners to have these fabulous experiences!

Note that the bimini and dodger fabric are due for replacement, but since the boat is ready for new owners, we have opted not to replace them now so that the new owners can go in a different direction regarding colours or features.
