Beneteau Oceanis 45 "Ambition" - three-cabin owner's version

Ambition is a well-maintained 2016 Beneteau Oceanis 45. She has been sailed and serviced as part of the Yachtshare fleet in Brisbane and has made several winter trips to the Great Barrier Reef and has just returned after another fantastic season in Airlie Beach.

On reaching the milestone of 10 years of service, she is now retired from the Yachtshare fleet and offered for outright sale.

She has three cabins, two heads with electric flush toilets and two showers, and sleeps eight with the convertible saloon. The saloon is open and bright, and the swim platform folds out for easy access to the water.

She's easy to sail shorthanded, with a self-tacking jib on a furler, a fully battened main with two reefs and an Ullman Code 0. There are three Harken self-tailing winches plus an electric winch on the coachroof, a bow thruster and a 2.27m cast iron deep keel. At the port helm is a B&G Zeus 2 plotter and at the starboard helm a B&G Zeus3, with Triton displays, AIS and VHF.

For comfort there's a full bimini with a polycarbonate spray dodger, a 2000W inverter, solar panels with a regulator, and a 50L hot water system. The galley has a 140L fridge, an 80L freezer and a two-burner LPG cooktop with oven. She carries a Rocna 33kg anchor with 70m of 10mm chain and swivel, and a Bigduck tender with a Yamaha 2.5hp outboard on snap davits.
