1992 Beneteau Oceanis 510 with 4 cabin layout
The yacht suatained hull damage in 2016 and subsequentally underwent a major professional rebuild and upgrade before being relaunched ion 2019. The rebuild included extensive structural, mechanical and electrical work, with many of the vessel"s systems renewed or upgraded.
Major works and equipment included:
The original Perkins engine was removed and replaced with a Yanmar 4LH-TE turbo diesel, new hydraulic gearbox and fixed 3 blade prop, supplied and installed by Spectrum Engineering
The keel was removed, checked and refitted with new keel bolts.
Twin helm positions with Starboard helm position including engine controls, anchor winch controls, bow thruster controls, chart plotter and auto pilot controls
*New bow thruster installed with controls located at the starboard helm position
*New stainless standing rigging, halyards, control lines, sheets, on mast spinaker pole, new boom vang and Rod, No 1 & 2 slab reefing lines lead aft to cockpit cabin top winches, new masthead and deck lights
*Primary winches are Lewmar 66, lewmar cabin top winches for control lines and main sheet, Lewmar winch for genoa roller furler, spare winches also at the mast
*Extensive new electrical system
*New 12V switch board with breaker switches
*New 240V switch board with shore power/Inverter change over and DUO/RCD breaker
*Navigation sytem upgrade including Raymarine ST60 instruments ( wind, multi, depth and sonar), Raymarine auto pilot, Axiom chart plotter with repeaters at helm positions and nav station.
*New Icom IC-M710 HF radio, VHF radio, AIS,
*Gas detector and electric gas shut off, CO detector and alarm
*new bilge pumps and H/C pressure pump
*Muir anchor winch with approx 60m of chain and Rochna anchor spare anchor chain and rope in forward storage area anchor controls at starboard helm and forward near the bow
*Refrigeration upgrade with new compressor and eutectic baths for both fridge and freezer
*new Force 10 3 burner gimballed stove and oven
*new cockpit cushions
*2 double forward cabins with seperate heads
*2 double aft cabins with seperate heads, Starbaord head also has a mascerator pump and bag, and an extra door with access to the main saloon area
*Forward crew/storage area with on deck access
PLEASE NOTE BOAT WILL BE SLIPPERED ON THE 16 OCTOBER 2026 FOR CLEANING, ANTIFOULING AND REPLACEMENT OF THE SHAFT
