The hull is built in mm rolled plate over traverse 50mm x 8mm flat steel frames set at 900mm centres and 38mm x 5mm longitudinal stringers set between 300 and 375mm centre. The decks and Super strcuture are similarly constructed and plated in 3mm steel.
