Description: Boden South Seas
This vessel is cutter ketch rigged with the masts carried on the deck to avoid interference with the accomodation space below and designed with a cruising couple in mind and therefore predominately crewed by a single person. All sheets can be brought to the centre cockpit self tailing winches for ease of handling. Griffin 2 is an Australian registered vessel (Reg. No. 851420) and will safely take the crew anywhere, dependent on experience and capability. This boat would make an ideal home for a single person or a couple. The interior is well laid out in epoxy coated marine ply, the bilges are protected by coal tar epoxy, there is no rust in any of the bilges. During construction the hull and deck was blasted and protected with a dimet (zinc) coating prior to final paint. There is an operations manual covering all systems on the boat in very specific detail with photos to assist the new owner.
