1975 Bollard Flamingo 28ft Steel Yacht 'Sagitta'

Neat and tidy boat, sleeps four with standing height main cabin. The hull is in fantastic condition and structurally sound, so most of the work needed is just cosmetic. With a little bit of TLC, she'll clean up beautifully and make a cosy leisure sailing cruiser.

Has been slipped and had new anti fouling done last week (September 2025.) Photos are of it most recently on the slip.

We got this as a little project boat but unfortunately with some major upcoming travel and work commitments we just don't have the time she deserves.

Boat will come with a 15hp Johnson outboard, and buyer can have access to a mooring in Woodbridge for maximum of 3 months if you need it, this is included in the price.

The boat does have a Sole Diesel 13hp inboard engine, however it's currently not running, we haven't started looking into it, so unsure of the issue at this stage.

Boat is equipped with a VHF radio, stereo, depth finder, marine toilet, plenty of storage and comes with main sail, head sail, spinnaker and a self furling jib.

Great price for someone looking for a fun weekender with a little bit of work. Has been sailing the Channel for a long time, and it would be great to see her out and about again.

$5000 ono, keen to sell. Sagitta is currently berthed at the Margate Marina for viewing this week (till the 23rd of September), before she is moved back to her mooring in Woodbridge.
